What is your management fee?
11–15% depending on portfolio size, with each additional home reducing your rate by 1% down to a minimum of 11% at 5 or more homes. Flat-rate options are also available depending on your home and location — inquire via our contact form.
When do I get paid?
Property owners receive monthly payouts on the 15th of every month.
What is your cancellation policy?
Either party may terminate the management agreement with 3 months written notice.
