Property onboarding

We get your property listed across Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com within 48 hours of sign-up.

A photographer comes on-site to shoot the property. Our copy team writes the listing — title, description, amenity tags, house rules. We configure dynamic pricing for your market and publish to every major platform with synced calendars so the same night can't be double-booked.

Reservations & guest management

We screen every booking, handle all guest messaging around the clock, and resolve issues without involving you.

Inquiries and reservation requests are reviewed against guest history and trip context. Check-in instructions, troubleshooting, and on-stay support are handled 24/7. You're only contacted for decisions that need your input — pricing exceptions, length-of-stay changes, or insurance claims.

Cleaning & maintenance

Hotel-grade turnover cleaning after every checkout, with same-day dispatch for maintenance issues.

Vetted local cleaners turn the property between stays — linens, consumables, and a photo-verified walkthrough are included. Maintenance issues are routed to trades with pre-agreed rates; anything over your threshold gets a quote before we proceed.

Monthly revenue & reporting

A clean monthly statement with occupancy, ADR, gross revenue, fees, and net payout.

Platforms pay out to your account on their normal schedule. We invoice the management fee against the prior month's revenue, itemized in the statement. Year-over-year comparisons appear once you have the history.
